Seminole Aquatics Private Swim Lessons
at the Dale Aquatic Center
Seminole Aquatics offers private swimming lessons to children and adults who want to learn how to swim and for those whose goal is to improve their stroke technique and/or speed/endurance.
Stroke Technique/Speed/Endurance Training
- Athletes who wish to improve their stroke technique, speed and/or endurance for specific events (triathlons, open water swims, etc.) are welcome to schedule private sessions. To request a private lesson, e-mail swimseminole@hotmail.com.
- Lessons are customized to address the goals of the individual swimmer and are scheduled based on the swimmer’s and coach’s availability.
- Rates: $60 per hour or $150 for three one-hour sessions. TBD
Learn-To-Swim Lessons
To schedule private “learn-to-swim” lessons for children (ages 3+) and adults with little or no swimming experience, contact swimseminole@hotmail.com.
Learn-To-Swim Rates
Children ages 3-4 = $200 for eight, 20-minute lessons TBD
Children 5+ and adults = $225 for eight, 30-minute lessons. TBD
*In the event of an emergency, each swimmer will be granted one make-up lesson per session which will be scheduled based upon the availability of the instructor.
