I also have written a team position statement of our view toward social media/ texting uses and abuses between teammates.  Examples are included to show differences between matters that can/ should be handled by swimmers and parents, and what types of matters warrant getting the coaching staff involved.  I firmly believe it is important for every family to review and discuss.
