PARENT SELF-ASSESSMENT QUESTIONNAIRE
Parents,
I want to invite you to take a few minutes and do something that can have a profound effect on your child's relationship with swimming.
I've put together a Parent Self-Assessment related to swimming. This is based on the patterns and behaviors that I've witnessed first-hand in the sport over 35 years. My hope is that by sitting down and taking the test, and then following this up with a family discussion of your answers, you and your child will go forward with the healthiest possible perspective on the sport. As someone that wants to coach your children well into their high school years, I am convinced that this relationship is the single greatest determining factor in predicting long-term stability and relative "success" in the sport.
